VICTORIA ISD ANNOUNCES GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW BUILD OF MISSION VALLEY ELEMENTARY

Victoria ISD is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for its highly anticipated new Mission Valley Elementary campus. The construction of this state-of-the-art facility was made possible through the approval of Proposition C during the November 2, 2021, bond election.
